Questions and answers
What counts as a download?
Opening a set uses one download. After that the set is open: download its files as often as you like, in every language it comes in, without using another one.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, at any time. It will not renew, and everything it includes stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my sets when a subscription ends?
Sets opened with a subscription stay open while it is active and close when it ends. Sets you bought on their own or with lifetime access stay yours for good; sets opened with a download pack stay open until the pack expires.
Which languages do the sets come in?
Each set's page lists its languages. When you get a set, you get every language version of it at once.
How do I pay?
For now we confirm every payment by hand. After you place an order, its page tells you how to pay, and the order opens as soon as we see the payment.
Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us and we will sort it out, with a refund where one is due. A refunded order no longer opens what it unlocked.
